It is important to have latest Adobe Extension Manager, previous versions of Adobe applications install old versions of Extension Manager and these are cause of installation issues. To fix problems downloads latest Adobe Extensions Manager for each version of Creative suite (CS6, CC). Q6: On Windows, I got message about missing DLL (ssleay.dll and/or libeay32.dll) during startup of InDesign, and/or when I click in “Layout from/to iPad…”, nothing happens and no way to export layouts?

You need to download the missing DLLs from the web and install them into C:\Windows\System32 (32 bits) OR C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (64 bits). Then relaunch InDesign. Versions v1.0.0.10 (or v1.0.0j and more) fix the problems. You may download them in different URLs on the web (e.g. http://www.dll-is-missing.com, http://originaldll.com, http://www.shouldiblockit.com…search for dll).
